CheckPoint’s solar-powered demulsifier injection system is engineered to deliver reliable, autonomous chemical injection for remote and off-grid oil and gas applications.
The system is equipped with solar panels and integrated battery enclosures, allowing it to operate independently for up to five days without external power input. A dedicated solar charge control system efficiently manages energy usage, ensuring stable and consistent performance across varying environmental conditions.
Configured with CheckPoint’s proven FXS chemical dosing pumps, the package delivers accurate and consistent demulsifier injection to support production and separation processes. The system includes a 1,000-litre chemical storage tank, with an electric drum pump provided to facilitate safe and efficient tank filling when required.
Designed as a compact, skid-mounted solution, the package prioritizes ease of installation, minimal maintenance, and long-term reliability. Its autonomous design makes it ideally suited for remote well sites, unmanned facilities, and locations with limited infrastructure.
