CheckPoint’s Series ATP pump delivers up to 60.0 USG/H (277.1 L/H) and can reliably inject into pressures up to 5,000 PSIG (344.7 BARG).
CheckPoint’s Series ATP is an economical electric pump solution with diverse capabilities, both onshore and offshore. Well-suited for solar, AC, and DC service, this pump features expandability to two heads, each with mechanical adjustment offering independent flow control from 0 to 100%. The Series ATP’s robust drive mechanism ensures minimal wear, smooth operation, and long-term durability.

What is the CheckPoint Series ATP?
The Series ATP is an economical electric plunger chemical injection pump for onshore and offshore service. It delivers up to 60.0 USG/D per head and injects into pressures up to 5,000 PSIG (344.7 BARG), with mechanical stroke adjustment for 0 to 100 percent flow control.
Can the Series ATP run on solar power?
Yes. The Series ATP is available with a 12VDC variable speed motor (6 to 67 RPM) suited to solar power systems, as well as a 120VAC fixed speed motor. CheckPoint publishes a power consumption chart and offers the Series SPS solar sizing chart and solar power packages.
Is the Series ATP suitable for hazardous areas?
The standard 12VDC and 120VAC motors are Class 1 Division 2 rated. Confirm the area classification for your site with CheckPoint at the time of order.

The Series ATP is expandable to two heads, each with independent mechanical stroke adjustment, so one drive can inject two chemicals or two points at different rates.

With the 12VDC motor: 1/4 inch plunger up to 13.7 USG/D at 5,000 PSIG, 3/8 inch up to 33.5 USG/D at 3,500 PSIG, and 1/2 inch up to 60.0 USG/D at 2,200 PSIG. Flow rates are per head; see the flow curves for accurate sizing.
How much does the Series ATP weigh?
The fixed motor gear drive version is approximately 19.8 lb (9 kg), and the modular motor gear drive version approximately 22.3 lb (10 kg), with 1/4 inch MNPT suction and discharge connections.
