This flocculant injection system was engineered and supplied as a complete chemical injection package incorporating water injection, mixing, and dilution systems for one of CheckPoint’s major customers in South America. The skid is designed to provide accurate and reliable dosing of flocculant chemicals in sludge treatment and separation processes.

The system is designed to handle high-viscosity flocculant chemicals, injecting upstream of sludge centrifuges to optimize separation efficiency. Flocculant is transferred from IBCs to the storage tank using CheckPoint’s extreme-viscosity head pumps, with in-line dilution incorporated to ensure the correct chemical concentration is delivered to the process.

Constructed using a combination of 316 stainless steel, GRP, ETFE, and PVDF materials, the skid is engineered to accommodate varying chemical concentrations before and after dilution, ensuring long-term compatibility and corrosion resistance.

This skid-mounted flocculant injection package provides a reliable, integrated solution for water treatment and sludge handling applications, where precise dosing, effective dilution, and chemical compatibility are critical to process performance.
