This high-pressure chemical injection system was engineered to meet a client-specific requirement for precise and reliable dosing in hot, desert operating environments.

The skid is configured with two electric plunger pumps arranged in a working / standby configuration, along with an integrated chemical transfer pump for safe and efficient fluid handling within the package.

The transfer pump, mounted as part of the skid, facilitates controlled chemical transfer from storage to the injection system. This improves operational efficiency while reducing manual handling. The integrated approach enhances overall system reliability and supports safe, streamlined day-to-day operation.

This package is optimized for desert installations where elevated ambient temperatures, dust exposure, long-term performance in harsh desert environments are critical, and simplified maintenance are key considerations.
