Career Growth and Development
Upon joining the CheckPoint team, you will undergo an extensive on-the-job training program to ensure that you know all the details of your job duties. You will also become familiar with what we do, who our customers are, and why quality is the cornerstone of our company.
Your supervisor or manger will monitor your performance and progress to determine any additional training that might be needed. We encourage all employees to communicate their interests and training requests to their supervisors.
